The -Your sound folder- part could be just two letters, it depends what breed it is, and if it's modded. Repairing your resource folder structure with the correct sound files will fix it for the breed, but for the pet itself you'll need to add: resource/catz/-your sound folder-/ yoursound.txt You might find it's asking for a folder that doesn't exist. If the above steps do not un-mute your pet, load their breed file into LNZ Pro. Their Breedz file also shows what sounds they need to have to work. I hope this helps others with permanently silent petz.Īdditional Info: After further research I've found that muted Petz aren't only affected by their internal sounds. I tried this just as a test and i was amazed that it worked first time. Prepare for the possibility of a 'corrupted pet' message, but it should not happen! Bring out your pet and hear it finally make sounds. Step 7: Copy the and categories over to the muted pet. Step 6: Scroll down until you see the line "Ear Extension." This occurs when breeding two different hexed Catz or Dogz with different sounds, it can even happen if they aren't a modded breed.
